Miaadi helps service-based businesses manage appointments, send automated reminders, and communicate with clients through the channels they already use.
Get in touchDefine your working hours, appointment types, and booking rules. Miaadi adapts to how your business already operates.
Clients schedule appointments through a simple booking flow — no back-and-forth calls or messages required.
Clients receive timely reminders before their appointment, reducing no-shows and keeping your calendar full.
Let clients schedule appointments at any time. Your availability updates in real time so you never get double-booked.
Communicate with clients on the messaging channels they already use. Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups automatically.
Reduce manual work with automated workflows — from booking confirmations to no-show follow-ups and rebooking prompts.
Keep a clear history of every client interaction — past appointments, upcoming bookings, preferences, and communication logs.
Understand your business with clear data on booking rates, no-show patterns, and client engagement — so you can make better decisions.
Client data is handled with care. We follow industry-standard security practices and respect privacy regulations applicable to your region.
Service businesses — from beauty shops providers to consultants and personal care professionals — lose time and revenue to missed appointments, phone tag, and manual scheduling. The tools that exist are often too complex, too expensive, or designed for markets where clients don't rely on messaging apps.
Miaadi was built to solve this. We're a scheduling and client communication platform designed for businesses where appointments are the core of the operation. Our focus is on simplicity, automation, and meeting clients on the channels they already use every day.
Based in Casablanca, Morocco, we serve businesses across the MENA region and beyond.
